Lead the scientific development of the AI-driven Translational Research (TR-AX) platform Design AI workflows integrating AI agents, PBPK/QSP models, biomedical foundation models, and Digital Twin technologies Develop AI methodologies for candidate prioritization, human PK prediction, translational modeling, and clinical decision support Collaborate with pharmacologists, toxicologists, AI engineers, and software teams to build production-ready scientific AI solutions Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and external scientific platforms into the TR ecosystem Define technical roadmaps, validation strategies, and project milestones for AI-driven translational research Present technical strategies and scientific progress to cross-functional leadership
자격 요건
Education : Master's degree or higher Major : Artificial Intelligence, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related fields Experience : 8-18 years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions for drug discovery, translational research, or biomedical applications Strong expertise in deep learning, LLMs, multimodal AI, or foundation models Strong programming skills in Python Experience leading multidisciplinary AI projects Excellent scientific communication and collaboration skills
우대 사항
Experience with PBPK, PK/PD, QSP, or Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) Experience developing AI agents or autonomous scientific workflows Experience with biomedical foundation models or Digital Twin technologies Experience in CNS drug discovery or translational research Publications or patents in AI or computational biology
